Quick and easy exercises to get the booty looking good!

What you need: Yourself and something elevated and stable (park bench, strong table/chair, plyo box if you are at the gym)

JUMP SQUATS
This will target the back of the leg. Do this for 15 reps.

BOX JUMPS
Jump from a lower level to a higher platform such as a step or bench to target your entire leg. This will have the largest impact on the GLUTES. Ladies think nice and perky booty!!

WEIGHTED STEP UPS (or without weight)
Targets your quads while working the whole body. With this exercise, you are strengthening your core, allowing your other muscles to all work together seamlessly. Try 12 reps on each leg.

RAISED LEG LUNGES
This puts your glutes and thighs to work. With little to no added weight for resistance, this exercise is never short of burn. Try 12 reps on each leg.
